Merch (clothing and products)

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as nail press ons and lashes are non returnable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived faulty or damaged.

Once your return is approved a refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Photography & Videography bookings

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior may be rescheduled to a new date (subject to availability)

• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in loss of deposit.

• Refunds are only issued if Bhaddies south elite visuals must cancel the booking.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for clothing sizes (if stock is available).

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

• Standard shipping 3-7 business days

• Express shipping 1-3 business days (additional cost applies)

• Free shipping on orders over $150

International Shipping

• We currently ship to selected countries. Deliver times may vary by location (usually 7-21 business days).

• Customer fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
